About your Palm Coast insulation contractor
Why I start with the prep nobody sees
I learned insulation crawling through attics when I was young, then spent years away from the trade. When I came back to it in 2013, I started this business in Palm Coast, and coming back with fresh eyes showed me something I'd missed as a kid. A good insulation job depends on the prep nobody sees.
Most people call us about a room that won't cool down, an older house they just bought, or a small commercial building that costs too much to run. I care about doing things in the right order, because insulation laid over leaks or wet wood is money wasted, so I'd rather tell you to fix something else first than sell you a job today. When we pack up, your house should be safe to live in. That's the whole idea behind Quality Palm Coast Insulation Services.

What you can count on from us
I see your house before I price it
I come out and look at the job myself before I write a number down, so your estimate fits your attic instead of a guess over the phone. Our own installers do the work, and I go over it with you when we're done.
We seal the leaks, then insulate
We close the gaps around can lights, pipes and the attic hatch before any insulation goes in, so it isn't fighting a draft. Spray foam seals and insulates in one step but costs more, and unless your ductwork runs through the attic, sealing the gaps and topping up the loose fill we blow in through a hose usually does the job.
You get a straight answer
If we find wet wood, old wiring or a fan venting into the attic, we stop and tell you before going any further, because new insulation would just cover it up. And if the insulation you already have is fine, we'll tell you that too.
Licensing and permits, handled properly
Serving Palm Coast Since 2013
Licensed and insured.
In Florida, the state licenses certified contractors, and they have to pass a state certification exam first. We carry our license and insurance on every job, so you're not taking on the risk of someone working in your attic without them.
Permits pulled the right way
In Palm Coast, the city's building official issues the permits needed before a building is altered or repaired, and contractors register with the city's building division before they apply. If your job needs a permit, we pull it as the licensed contractor and set up the inspections, and if it isn't clear, we ask the city's building office before we start.
