Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any insulation work you hire Quality Palm Coast Insulation Services to do. When you use the site, call us or book a job, you're agreeing to them, so please read them before you schedule anything.
If you don't agree with something here, please don't use the site or book work with us. You can always call us first at (386) 359-8197 to talk it through.
What we do
We're an insulation contractor in Palm Coast, FL, and we work in homes and businesses in the cities around it. Our work includes attic, wall and crawl space insulation, blown-in and spray foam insulation, air sealing, vapor barriers and removing old insulation. You can see the full list on our home page and read more about our crew on our About page.
What's on this website is general information to help you understand the work. It isn't a promise about your house, because every attic and crawl space is different, and we only know what your job needs once we've seen it.
Estimates and pricing
We give free in-person estimates, with no pressure to book. Your price depends on what we find, such as how much insulation is already up there, whether old material has to come out first, how much air sealing the house needs, how easy the attic or crawl space is to reach and which material you choose.
Your estimate is based on what we can see and reach at the visit. If we open up the job and find something we couldn't see before, like soaked or contaminated insulation, damaged framing or pests, we'll stop, show you and agree any change in price with you before we do extra work.
Scheduling, access and cancellation
We'll set a start date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, material delivery and earlier jobs running long can move a date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and set a new one.
You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and the electrical panel, and to clear stored items out of the way, so we can work without damaging your things. Some materials, like spray foam, mean people and pets stay out of the house for a while, and we'll tell you before the job when you can come back in. Please follow those instructions, because they're there to keep your family safe.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please call us as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials or started the job, you may owe for the materials and the work already done.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are set out in your written estimate or agreement. Unless that paperwork says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.
If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled, and you'll be responsible for reasonable costs of collecting what's owed, as Florida law allows.
Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover
We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. If something about the job we did isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it.
Any warranty on materials comes from the maker, under the maker's own terms, and we'll pass along what we receive. Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, storms, other contractors' work or changes someone else makes to the insulation after we leave.
Insulation usually helps with comfort and the power bill, but how much depends on your house, your cooling system and how you use it. We don't promise any particular savings. Other than what's written in these terms or your agreement, our work and this website come without further warranties, to the extent Florida law allows.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Quality Palm Coast Insulation Services isn't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost income, lost use of your home or costs that come from problems we didn't cause. Our total responsibility for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
We're not responsible for problems that already existed in the house before we started, such as hidden wiring faults, moisture damage or framing issues, though we'll tell you about anything like that we come across.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and get in touch with us. Please don't copy its content for commercial use or try to interfere with how it runs.
We work to keep the site accurate, but details can change and mistakes can slip in. If the site and your written estimate or agreement disagree, the estimate or agreement wins.
Settling disagreements
If you're unhappy with anything, please call us first, because most problems get fixed fastest with a conversation and a return visit. We'll work with you in good faith to sort it out.
If we can't settle it that way, these terms and any job we do are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal dispute will be handled in the courts that serve Flagler County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. A job you've already booked stays under the terms that were in place when you accepted the estimate, unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
Questions
If you have a question about these terms, call us at (386) 359-8197 or use our Contact page. We reply within 1 business day.
